Cancellation/Refund Policy for Coaching Program

This cancellation/Refund Policy applies to all coaching programs offered by Dow Publishing LLC.

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your coaching program. We are committed to making the cancellation process as easy as possible and to providing you with a fair refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel your coaching program at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to billdow@dowpublishingllc.com. Your cancellation will be effective immediately upon receipt of your request.

Refund

If you cancel your coaching program before the first coaching session has taken place, you will be entitled to a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee.

If you cancel your coaching program after the first coaching session has taken place, you will be entitled to a refund for the remaining unused coaching calls, minus a 5% transaction fee.

Refunds after Completed Calls?

No refunds will be issued for coaching programs that have already been completed.

Procedure for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please submit a written request to billdow@dowpublishingllc.com. Your request should include your name, contact information, and the date and reason for your cancellation.

We will process your refund request within 10 business days of receiving your request. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Additional Information

The 5% transaction fee is charged to cover the costs associated with processing your payment and issuing your refund.

Refunds for remaining unused coaching calls will be calculated based on the price of the individual coaching calls at the time of purchase. If you received a discounted rate on the coaching calls, refunds are based on what you originally paid.
